With 19 years of experience in Health and Social Care, I’ve worked across a range of roles – from Independent Living to supporting people living with dementia. This has given me a well-rounded understanding of care and a strong passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives. I’m deeply committed to Rosewood’s vision of putting residents at the heart of everything we do. I strive to ensure the highest standards across the services I manage, creating a warm and supportive environment where residents feel valued, empowered, and truly at home.
